IREIS 2008 was held January 30th to February 2nd 2008 under the patronage of H.E Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed AL Nahyan, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

IREIS 2008 occupied an exhibit space of 10,000 square meters, an increase of 45 percent over the previous edition held in 2007. 83 exhibitors from 11 countries took part at this year's edition.

Elaborating on the strong visitor response at IREIS 2008, more than 9000 visitors attended the event and this large turn-out had convinced several IREIS 2008 exhibitors to book their space for next year's edition as well.
