IREIS has been the forerunner in showcasing real estate
opportunities across the major property markets, in
both the capital and around the region, with its debut
event in 2005. The second event, which took place on
the 22nd till 25th March ’06, was complimented
by a new property law in Abu Dhabi which gave rights
to own property in Abu Dhabi on a long-term 99 year
old lease agreement.
IREIS 2006 unveiled many mega projects
taking shape in the capital and showcased most of the
major property developments in the UAE and the Middle
East in over 50 exhibit stands and a comprehensive range
of the latest and best properties from UK, Egypt, Australia,
Lebanon, India, Bahrain, Pakistan and Greece.
Residential properties took the
major part of the exhibition along with commercial properties,
financial institutions, legal consultants, real estate
agents, brokers etc.
The four day event attracted over
6000 high quality visitors, nationals as well as resident
expatriates, who found the Abu Dhabi Real Estate &
Investment Show 2006 as a unique opportunity to find
their dream home and investment property under one roof.
The exhibition was open from 10-1
in the morning & from 5-9 in the evening at the
Abu Dhabi National exhibition Centre.
