What is IREIS 2010?

International Real Estate & Investment Show (IREIS) is the only exclusive international exhibition for consumers held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre showcasing properties and services from the key property markets worldwide. It is the annual networking platform for international real estate professionals with the regions high net worth investors. A complete property event which showcases residential, commercial and mixed use developments. It also covers mortgage banks, legal consultants and other allied service providers. An international real estate & investment show with a regional focus.

	How big is IREIS 2010?
	The event would occupy hall 2, 3 & 4 of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre with a total area of 10,000 Sq.m

How important is this show for us?

If you are soliciting inward or outward investment for your property development from the Middle East, this is one single show which you can't afford to miss. Staged in Abu Dhabi IREIS brings together potential investors and home buyers from across the region. Abu Dhabi being the capital and largest emirate, houses many major oil companies and corporate houses of many multi national companies. The high net worth national population and expatriates with money power is always on the look out of investment opportunities regionally and internationally. The opening up of Abu Dhabi's real estate and the focus on real estate as one of the major contributor to the country's GDP makes it an ideal time to target potential buyers.

	Abu Dhabi is an island connected to the main land with two bridges. Abu Dhabi offers a wide range of luxury hotels with sandy beaches. We have secured special rates for exhibitors and visitors from selected hotels near the venue. Details are available on the " Travel " section of the website." Hotels also provide daily trips to the exhibition centre as per the show timings.

	Which press and media will attend?
	Special invitations are send out to international as well regional media which includes press, tv, radio, trade journals, magazines etc., and we expect over 100 media representatives attending the show.

What type of visitors can we expect?

Home-to-buy and Home-to-let buyers Individual and corporate investors Corporate property and facility managers Decision makers from major potential tenants Officials from government, municipality and commercial real estate departments, free zones etc. Our comprehensive visitor promotion campaign is targeted at the potential home buyers and investors in the region. We expect a good turnout of institutional investors and portfolio managers to visit the show. This includes nationals and expatriates with purchase power who will be invited personally.

	Who can help us with stand design and construction?
	Dome Exhibitions also has a well established stand construction division with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Any of your design and/or construction requirements shall be efficiently handled by our division.

How much does it cost to exhibit?

We have different options to suit your requirement and budget. Ready to use Shell Scheme Stands would cost you US$350 per Sq.m which includes 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 counter, 3 spot lights, one 13Amp power point with a socket, carpeting, white wall panels of octanorm system, Fascia with company name in English, Arabic and waste paper basket And if you wish to build your own customized stand, you require space only stands which are charged at US$300 per Sq.m

	What booth sizes are available?
	Booth size could be varying as per your requirement; minimum area available is 9sq.m under shell scheme and 24sq.m in the space only option.

	How do I reserve my stand?
	Select your choice of booth location and fill and fax us the space application form or click to book your space. Upon receiving the application we will reserve the stand and send you the Invoice, payable within 15 days to confirm your stand. The balance 50% should be paid 60 days prior to the event.
