Victory
Heights has announced it will showcase its
unique residential community to the global
real estate and investment community gathered
in Abu Dhabi this month for the second annual
International Real Estate and Investment Show
(IREIS) held March 22 to 26 at the International
Exhibition Centre.
|
The
show is set to generate a great deal of interest
for Victory Heights - a member community of
Dubai Sports City that comes with the assurance
of building excellence and offers an abundance
of green open spaces beyond the scope of other
golf course developments.
|
"To
ensure this project is on schedule and meets
world class standards, we have appointed the
internationally renowned Bureau Veritas to
perform accreditation monitoring on the project.
The accreditation provides extra assurances
for customers and certifies the value of what
Victory Heights will deliver," said Robert
Davies, Project Director of Victory Heights.
|
Maintaining
a remarkably high ratio of greenery, the development
will be set in and around the Ernie Els 18-hole
championship golf course and landscaped grounds.
|
As
a further part of its aspiration to breed
sporting champions, the development will boast
a David Lloyd Tennis Academy featuring the
region's first Next Generation Spa & Fitness
Club, including a first-class fitness centre,
spa, yoga studios and indoor and outdoor pools.
The global network of Next Generation Clubs
is renowned for the scope of facilities and
family friendly practices.
|
As
a member community of Dubai Sports City, residents
will also benefit from all the facilities
of the world's first integrated purpose-designed
sports city. Some of modern sport's biggest
brand names are associate partners, including
Manchester United Soccer Schools and the ICC
Global Cricket Academy.
|
The
Butch Harmon School of Golf will open for
the first time outside the US allowing both
children and adults to hone their golfing
skills on the challenging Ernie Els course.
|
Davies
explains: "Victory Heights is not simply
a residential community; we are creating a
uniquely integrated environment by introducing
support infrastructure - local and international
schools, kindergarten, medical facilities,
shops, offices, mosques and bike and jogging
paths - to deliver a truly traditional 'sustainable
community'."
|
The
global exhibition is expected to attract record
numbers of regional property investors particularly
interested in the significant recent developments
made in GCC real estate markets. IREIS is
designed to bring international developers
and mortgage lenders together with regional
investors and home buyers. The event will
also have strong representation from financial
institutions and mortgage lenders, encouraging
investors and home buyers to find purchasing
solutions under one roof.
|
"Home
buyers and investors alike will see the unique
benefits offered by the integrated facilities
of Victory Heights," Davies concluded.
