Philip Ward , CEO , Abu Dhabi Finance said that the units supply short fall in Abu Dhabi is encouraging people to acquire property and move out of the rental sector ,boosting the realty sector and mortage lending market.

There is clearly a benefit to be in the rental market.He said for the individuals who want to buy property or even those who want to move out of the rental sector to ownership the benefits are overwhelming.
The price of the property will appreciate in value and not fall.At the same time,the money the individuals would save in rents could be invested to buy the asset they would own.
