Real Estate laws in Abu Dhabi such as those dealing with escrow accounts , brokers , strata title and mortages may be implemented by early next year , according to David Nunn , Partner , Simmons and Simmons ; the new laws will be more sophisticated than any Real Estate laws we have in this region.
Moustafa Said , a senior propety lawyer with Clyde & Co also said the new laws will give the investors the confidence they need.
