$8bn Najmat Abu Dhabi on Al Reem

Abu Dhabi-based Reem Investments has unveiled its massive $8bn Najmat Abu Dhabi real estate island project on Al Reem Island. The development will cover 20m sq ft and is intended to be a self-contained community for 80,000 occupants. It will have residential areas, schools, health facilities, public parks and modern public transport systems, as well as two five-star hotels and an island resort
